      Returns, Exchanges & Guarantees

      • What is your return policy? - Trickflies.ca is the home of the Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee on all flies (90 days) on everything else). If you aren't happy email us at trickflies.ca@gmail.com and we will make it right.

      • Do you offer exchanges? - Exchanges can be arranged via our Lifetime Satisfaction Guarantee with some exceptions. No unwanted fly exchanges on our subscriptions and collections/fly packs.

      • What if my item arrives damaged or defective? - In the rare case that an item passes quality control and is defective please email trickflies.ca@gmail.com for a replacement or refund.
